In 2017, celebrating EWF 25th anniversary, a series of conferences took place in Portugal focused on the future of European industry and the qualifications needed to achieve it. One week, two European Conferences focused on industry needs and qualifications challenges, seven EU Collaboration projects meetings, two General Assembly Meetings, one High-Level Group of Manufuture meeting and one CEN plenary meeting. More than 350 participants add Representatives from DG Research & Innovation, DG Employment and Social Affairs, CEDEFOP, Organisations and Institutions, SMEs and Large companies, National Qualifications Agencies, Vocational Education and Training Providers. www.ewf.be
