As Professionals of the Future III gets closer, we are continuing to unveil the different moments that will shape the day!

After a morning dedicated to interactive roundtables, the afternoon programme will shift the focus towards People at the Centre of Industrial Transformation: Remanufacturing and Artificial Intelligence.

From 14:30, five European initiatives will take the stage to share their work, experiences and practical approaches to some of the key challenges shaping the future of industry:

• R3-MYDAS - Thanasis Poulakidas
• AIRISE - Fotis Stamatopoulos
• VR-VET - Non Destructive Testing - Michelangelo Mortello
• BUTTERFLIES - Giovanni Borsoi
• INSPIRE- Revolutionising Training in Welding Inspection for Hydrogen Pipelines - Adam Gasiorek

Together, these projects will bring different perspectives on how new technologies, circularity and workforce development are already contributing to industrial transformation, from AI adoption and remanufacturing to sustainable manufacturing, immersive training and future skills.

Following the project sessions, participants will have time to connect during a Networking Break & XR Session.

The programme will then culminate in the Experts Panel "People at the Centre of Industrial Transformation", bringing the five project speakers together to move beyond their individual experiences and explore the broader choices and challenges facing industry.

The discussion will revolve around three closely connected dimensions: the incorporation of new technologies, circularity and people. From making AI accessible and useful in industrial environments, to building viable circular models and ensuring professionals have the skills to adapt, the panel will look at how technological progress can move forward without losing sight of the people behind it.

Because industrial transformation is not only about smarter systems or more sustainable processes. It is also about ensuring that professionals have the skills, opportunities and confidence to shape that transformation.

Join us for an afternoon of project insights, demonstrations, immersive experiences and expert discussion!
