The European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting (EWF) has published its latest Gender Equality Indicators Monitoring Report, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to transparency, inclusiveness, and continuous improvement.

The report tracks the implementation and impact of EWF’s Gender Equality Plan (GEP), highlighting key developments over the 2023–2025 period:

- Women represent 64% of EWF employees, maintaining a strong and consistent presence across the organisation
- Full gender balance (50/50) continues at Board, Management, and Executive levels
- Increased investment in training and development, with significant participation from women across management, technical, and operational areas
- Ongoing efforts to support work-life balance and employee wellbeing

This monitoring exercise plays a key role in ensuring accountability and guiding future actions towards a more inclusive and equitable working environment.
