Career Counselling in Lifelong Learning using New ICT Approach and Tools
The VIRCOUNS project, co-financed by Leonardo da Vinci Programme, ended in September 2006 after 24 months of development. Aiming at improving the access to continuing vocational training and the lifelong acquisition of skills and competences, the project was mainly focussed in the development, test, implementation and dissemination of New ICT Approach and Tools of the Career Counseling in Lifelong Learning.
