 NEWS:

Railsafe 2 European Seminar

After the successful implementation of the harmonised European system for competence assurance in aluminothermic welding that was developed in the first RAILSAFE project, attention has now turned to arc welding competence.
A training curriculum has been drafted based on input received from a number of workshops around Europe.

For that reason on the 11th of November 2009, it will be held in London the Railsafe 2 European Seminar in conjunction with the 16th Technical Seminar of the Institute of Rail Welding.

This European Seminar will have the objective to present the progress done in the Railsafe 2 project in the context of the new European standard for arc welding of track and to have feedback from International rail experts.

For more information please see the seminar brochure here or in the documents section , or contact the project coordinator here.
