The consortium of EU-JOINTRAINING is composed of EWF and 5 ANBs from member countries, including SLV (DE), CWS (CZ), IIS (IT), ISQ (PT) and ASR (RO), and the project will last for two years.

The main objective of the project will be to adapt and promote a harmonized professional qualification based on the EWF guideline in the field of plastic welding.

This will be an important contribution for the expansion of training and certification in plastic welding in the partnership countries and will also help to create momentum for further expansion beyond the current consortium and through the numerous companies and institutes comprising the EWF network.

A major outcome of the project will be the organization of Pilot-Courses duly approved by the EWF to be given in the target countries, based on the common guidelines developed early on in the project.

The project began on June 2010 and will finish on November 2011.
